The above is the intended structure, and only some of the contents have been completed at present since the Newsletter has just started. At present, only the plaintext versions of the Newsletters are operational.
For the future, the News Journal for a given month will contain the accumulated and edited contents of the Newsletters during the same month. The issues designated "printed style" will be published in postscript format based on formatting in Latex, and are suitable for printout and reading off line. The issues designated "webpage style" are suitable for reading on line. The "Digest" is a variant of the "Full journal" containing links to other parts of the structure instead of including full text directly.
